ray thanks i drove alex lopes speedmerchant car once on asphalt and it took somegetting used to.
the thing about the t-plate car is that it constsistant for me! pluss the fact that it gives a lot of feed back as to what the car is doing. my second choice was the rat but i followed my gambling side and ended up with the quad 12 and i have no complaints just wish i would have woke up in time for my qualifiers

I would agree with the statement about the feedback.

I noticed when I drive the Rev3 hard I am prone to silly mistakes and taps-especially when the traction is not super high.
The Rev3 steers and steers and steers though. That can be very handy at times!!

i guess i master playing with the caster and get that feeling with my t plate car also using dual rate as with the t plate car you get a progressive feeling because of the fiberglass .

ray try to run the same motor and batteries in each car as well as bodies, and tires so you can get an acurate back to back feeling!

What do you guys think is a better car, the Rev3 or the Carpet knife V3.2. They are both around the same price.

Yeah I figured it was a loaded question! I don't want to start any wars but some opinions of both would be great.

I bought a carpet knife and converted it to the Speedmerchant style side links. I felt it was more durable but then again, I had gotten a bad batch of pivot balls. I haven't tried the one piece links since I received the replacements (sent free from CRC).

Both cars are nice...the day I bought mine, the shop had the CRC in stock so that's what I did.

Default Silva shock

Yes-its smoother-easier to build and wont pop in two in a crash.
I swear it feels better on the track too-but thats my subjective opinion for sure!!! I wouod get the teflon one if your looking for the smoothest shock.
