I believe the offset one fits the brushless centered pods. It uses a shorter diff hub.

Yes. the straight tubes tend to break near the antenna mount. The tapered ones beef up this part. I have 2 but I hesitate to use them because they would need to be shortened.

The top 2 or 3 inches of the Paragon ones used to break off all the time but since they were so long anyway it really didn't matter.

In switching from 17.5 or boosted 13.5 to mod, my car loses its balance of high and low speed steering and starts going around high-speed corners in grabby pulses of traction while exhibiting a low-speed push. Would some thicker shock oil or damper fluid help slow the weight transfer or do i have the cause wrong?

The heavier damping will make the weight transfer more aggressive and direct. Going to lighter damping will slow the weight transfer by letting the springs take it up some of the energy.

Are you using the same tires you did in 17.5? Black fronts or something similar tend to be the norm in stock but lack the grip for mod speeds. For mod, magentas all around or double pink/pink or magenta/pink are more common.

I am using an enneti "grey" front, but if i switched to a CRC Magenta the car was less consistent, sometime pushing sometime gripping hard and pivoting on the nose. I am currently using an Enneti yellow rear tire as well.

I would try a totally different tire set-up, like double pink/pink.

Also, are you running an AMR-12 body by any chance? I find that I hate that body on tracks with a mix of fast and slow corners as the body handles very differently fast vs. slow. Tracks with no fast corners, I love it.

What's the rest of your set-up, specifically front suspension wise? Short-arm/Long-arm, springs etc.

Agreed on both points. The Black Market, and Bomb'R or Parma Speed8 HD all seem better balanced on tracks with extreme variances in cornerspeeds.

I've been running the soft rears with the harder fronts with some success, but they seem almost to be 1 run tires. The more I sauce them, the less they seem to grip.

Hello,

does anyone have more information about the narrow chassis from the Worlds?

I like it a lot, looks like it will be the best choice for very technical tracks.

Well, I run the long-arm front, .50mm crc front springs, ten degree caster blocks with the arms centered on the block for maybe six degrees of initial caster, about 1mm of droop in the front end at rest, 30k wt on the front pin, a degree of camber, two degrees of toe-out, and a stand-up style servo. I also run the Gen-Xi front axles and hubs.

I run a CRC Mohawk body.
