Here's a zip file with std and metric rollout sheets. If the sheet doesn't have the spur you want, just change the spur value and it will update the sheet.

For 1/12 modified, does anyone running the new/small spektrum receiver have "low voltage cutoff issues" without a receiver pack? I still have the large spektrum receiver and it needs a receiver pack to avoid that issue around the 6 minute mark.

The micro spektrum receiver was designed to run at 3.6v to make it better suited for 12th scale racing.

I have one in both my 1/12 and TC. Haven't had one issue yet. Flawless for me.

Another satisfied customer here; no issues running 19T, Mod or 4* brushless without a receiver pack. HTH :)

The new Spektrum micro reciever also has the external cap moved internally using a couple of smaller caps. My problems with my Spektrum ended up being an antenna wire routed incorrectly in the module. Some of the guys in the Spektrum thread though still reccomend a RX pack in mod class if your using a LRP ESC due to it's low BEC output.

tires, again
could anyone shed some light on where the different types of tire families(low rubber, med rubber content etc) seem to cross over in terms of traction? I have seen the chart with the different durometers, but am looking for opinions. I only run on carpet if that makes any difference.

thanks

Thanks for the feedback on the small Spektrum, saved me lots of time and money! ;)

If you look at the top 10 in Qualifying at the birds there was a very good selection of cars.

3-CEFX C12 Evo2's
4-Gen X CRC's
1-BMI
1-12L4
and one Unknown (donny lia).

Then in the main there was one less CEFX car and a Hyperform bumped in. So a very good mix and just goes to show that pretty much all of the 12th cars out there are very good and competitive.

Also interesting that there were 4 T bar cars in the main and 5 Pivot cars and one unknown. Thats a change from the past few races!!

The last car was a Speedmerchant Rev 4.5.

Couldn't agree more, there are so many cars now that are competitive. It really didn't used to be like this at all. I can't want to see what the mains look like next month, should be interesting =)

fast-ho-cars 02-16-2007 10:43 PM

has anyone seen these in use at the Snowbirds? i presume KSG being a 1/12th & 1/10th pan oval car company made them for 1/12th & 1/10th pan car type frontends?
