I've noticed something interesting since switching from a QC2 to the new G11Pro. My stock motors run a lot cooler and didn't even get above 180F when I purposely over geared them for 7+min runs the last couple of weeks.

If I'm correct and this is due to the ESC switch, can someone please give a detailed explanation as to why.

I've run both monsters and p2k2's with the drive frequency at the minimum setting and max Amp cuttoff.

Tekin support is awesome! I had a stripped G11Pro case, and they sent me out a new one - no charge! Thanks Tekin!

I love my Tekin's, get TEKINIZED!

I blew up my original Quantum this week so I threw an old G10 pro I had laying around in my car and it still ran great. I don't even want to think how old this thing is now

The G10 pro wasn't out all that long,a year or two maybe before the G11 was introduced.

uhh, I was sponsored by Tekin back in the day and my G10pro has got to be at least 6-7 years old, probably older.

I would really like a new G11 Pro but I watched a Team driver blow at least 7 speedos in the last few months. Not sure the problem but it is not cool to keep seeing them burn up every week or two.

He's running 9 turns and 10 turns. I know he was at a race with someother Team guys and he was burning the speedo's up and the other guys were not. Differance was he ran lower winds while they ran 13 turns.

Not sure what the problems are as he has been burning them up for months or at least since summer and still not fixed. Not sure why Team guys are not burning up more of them but biggest problem is many are running higher winds, 19T and stock which are all fine. It is when they run lower winds with big traction then the smoke begins!!!!!!!!!!

Ditto here, a team driver burned up two of them in the same day when he visited my local track.

And if I'm not mistaken, he did that on 19T motors, too.

This is odd... why are the public store-bought speedos working great for people but the Team gets ones that catch on fire?
