the change
Yes, it is true. But not set in stone. I will be running a 415, but if anyone needs help with their Mi2, I will gladley give my .02. I have been doing some consistent, and extensive carpet testing. I feel that the Mi2 was the best car I have driven on carpet to date, along with the BMI chassis. You guys wont be dissapointed when the chassis hits the streets.

Set up?
Raul,
Do you have a set up sheet for carpet foam? Also, what BMI chassis are you running? Is it 2, 2.5 or 3 mm?

Actually I read the threads to get everyone's point of view, so I'm glad for the posts even if they are less than positive, gives a better overall picture. I'd like to hear a more precise reason than just a generalized comment about how it can't be set up. I believe this car has the potential, but would like to know why it fell short for some.

I can't wait to run mine again after this little break. I miss mod and the only way to run it now on the rug is with foams so I have to do what I don't want to do..........
Every change that I have done to my car has either helped or hurt my lap times. You can really feel the changes and it reflects in the lap times. Not every car works the same for everybody.

Is it just me or is it that the roll bars seem to do nothing! Everytime i try a different combination it doesnt seem to have much effect at all.

ba57ard - First of all...thats a very clever screen name....nice work! Sway bars can be deceptive in how the car feels. Our 1.2mm (Silver) bars are so thin that they do nothing when you cycle the suspension on the bench. However, you can certainly fee a difference on the track with and without the bars. The effect of the sway bars have a lot to do with spring rate and damping. If you are too stiff, bars will have less of a perceived effect.
What surface do you run on? Asphalt or Carpet, Rubber or Foam?

Everyone seems to forget that the Mi2 is still a first year car. With feedback from our customers and team drivers, we are constantly updating the car to make it better via optional hop-ups. At some point next year we hope to incorporate everyone’s feedback into an updated kit.
It's crazy because some people get all up tight because we don't have a new car every 6 months with the latest and greatest hop-ups, like some companies do So yes, the car benefits from certain hop-ups as technology advances month to month.
Then on the other hand, if we have a car every 6 months, everyone gives us a hard time for that as well
Let’s get real here and understand that every car needs updates in it's first year. I was part of the testing of the original TC3 and I can assure you that car had more revisions before and after its launch
