Default ..........tick.......tick.......tick

Thanks Paul, and Paul(wrench). It feels good to be back in the right corner. I guess we will just have to wait it out for the new one. I wish I could take a long nap, and wake up when the ups guys knocks on my door with my present to myself.(that way you always get what you want).
But it just cant be that easy. I spoke with Kraig @KT Hobbies, he says that there is a good response to the preorders for the Mi2, but dont you really want a GREAT response. So come on everyone and lets preorder! I just cant wait to kick some butt AGAIN!!!!

Too bad it won't be out before the regionals but as soon as it is I'll be running it every weekend until the close of the carpet season then off to speedworld for some asphalt testing. What are you going to do with your two other cars?? If you sell the Tamiya before the new one is released you should be able to get some decent money out of it. Maurer will be back on the scene as well so testing will be cool.

STLNLST- It's a tossup between this and the pro4. I liked my mission when I had it. So it might just be this one. I would like a car to run in 19t also so I might just get this one for that reason.

James- the Mi2 will might be out before the pro4 from what I'm hearing. The pro 4 is looking like feb while the mi2 might be late dec or jan. No matter which one you get we're going to have a blast in the 04 race season. I'm back to mod on the asphalt.

I'm gonna start running just mod and 19t this coming asphalt season. I might get the Mi2 after I get to see yours in person.

I'll have mine whenever the car comes out. If Dujuan wasn't running for Corally it would be like old times. Maurer, Rich, Dujuan and myself all ran Schumacher's back in 99. We had a blast back then. Looks like we can't form Voltron in the 04 season....LOL See you at the next carpet race.

Got the first reports from McMahon and Cartwright today as to the performance of the Mi2 preproduction cars.

McMahon: Even better the the last proto. REAL easy to drive fast. He ran his car out of the box.

Cartwright: He's been doing some private testing with another manufacturers car (Don't ask we wont tell but many say its the best foam carpet car...at least for now! ) for the last 3 weeks in preparation for getting the Mi2. He wanted to have a clear comparison of driving feel and lap times. After 2 packs he was faster with the new Mi2. Rain City Raceway has extremely high traction, like Cleveland back in the day. The Mi2 was fast, free and didn't show the slightest hint to traction rolling. The other car was on the verge at all times. The was on Magentas (Orange/Dbl Pink) fronts and Double Pink rears so he had PLENTY of traction. He also said he could carry on a conversation while knocking out track record laps. Andrew said the Mission required serious concentration to go fast. The Mi2 can drive tighter and tighter lines with no fear of the car stepping out and catching a board.

More Info on Monday.
