1 FAST - Check the previous page, BIGDOG posted a link to some good set-up's. I have two mission's, for my 10 year old son and myself, and so far have been very happy with them. They seem to be very durable as we have only been at racing them for about a year now. I have RW pulley's coming to help free them up a little but other than that they have been pretty fast.
Picked up my Hudy station yesterday, so now I can get set-up at the house instead of borrowing my friend's when I get to the track.
BIGDOG, how tight do you try to run your diff's? Thank's in advance, gonna put the pulley's on this week.
Bye ya'll...........Hank & Joseph

Anyone looking for Missions let me know. I have one almost new CF version decked out and one new Carbon Fiber Mission in the box for sale. Would like 350 for the pair and can send pics if needed.

I would run another XXX. I think I would still rather sell them as I just don't know what I want to run. I might just go back to flying Heli's again. Not too sure at this time. I don't race a ton during the summer as I ride my 4 wheeler more than I race. If you want them let me know. It is really a steal for them. You would never need parts again.

No problem- I run meduim bite asphalt so we run the diffs loose enough to hold the spur and one wheel and break the diff loose with the other wheel. Just a hair looser in the rear. On carpet find that spot and tighten it down just past where it breaks loose (without feeling like your gonna break the dogbone).

I have one tricked Mission ran 4 times and one new in the box. Both are the carbon versions. Would like 325 for the pair. You won't find a better deal on the net for Missions.

hey wyd

that sound like a great deal, i just dont have $325 for it. Why dont you sell them separately? you could get like $125-150, except i bought mine for $100 and it had all the mods i listed up top!

If don't sell them in 2 more weeks or so I will more than likely sell each one separately. I dodn't get to go to my local track yet. I almost always sell my stuff their with no problems because they all know how nice I keep my stuff.

Default Shocks Lock Up

I am having trouble with the shocks on my Mission. When I am screwing them together the shaft moves freely until the last turn. When I do that last turn the shaft moves to the full extended position and it takes a lot of force to push the shaft in. When I push the shaft in it comes right back out as if there was a strong spring inside the shock.

If I leave a lot of air in the shock then this does not happen.
Thanks in advance.

My guess would be that you are building them and they have too much "pack" from having too much oil in the shock..try this------

-Fill them to the second thread in the body
-hold the cartridge with the piston about 4-6mm from the bottom of the cartridge
-slowly insert the pison into the oil
-thread the cartridge on until there is 1 turn left
-push the piston into the shock as far as possible and hold it there
-now fully seat the cartridge
