I'm not too familiar with the newer Schumacher shocks, so I'm wondering...

I got a full set of Tamiya 'short tuned springs' and a good selection of jrx-s springs that I use on my TA05. Will either of those fit the Mi3 shocks?

Just trying to plan for the future when its time to order parts with the kit.

Thanks in advance.

The Tamiya springs will work....not sure about the Losi springs.....X-ray springs do fit as well.

Cool, thanks for the quick reply.

Always nice to know that I don't have to keep up with another set of springs.

Dark, I use Schumacher, Xray, TRF, AE, and Yokomo springs on the new shocks. Never tried the Losi springs. I'm sure the diameter is right since I use the Losi shock collars but I think they may be too short.

Yeah, the height is the only issue. Its no big deal. I just like to use them because I use jrx-s shocks on my car now, and while the TRF springs fit the losi shocks fine, its carpet season and the TRF springs don't get no where near stiff enough for carpet.

No biggie for the outdoor season though. I have more than enough TRF springs to handle any situation I might encounter with the Mi3 on asphault.

Like I said, just finding out ahead of time.
