Arms and rear hubs will be updated, but the EC parts will still fit for emergency. I will take a guess as to which parts will transfer....

Diffs
Belts
Bearings
Spool/Oneway
Turnbuckles
Steering blocks
Caster Blocks
CVD's (newer black axles)
Outer hinge-pins (fr&r)
Shocks/Springs
Ball-cups/Ball-ends
Hexes

Sup Clint...The Reedy is coming up!

it could be the diff guards (the outer plates on either side the pulley). Take them off - is it still tight ? If so run the lip (the inner face) o some wet and dry to bring it down a bit, trial fit after taking some off etc until the diff is nice and loose again.

Either that or check your thrust race. If this is shot then the screw inside won't spin cleanly, causing friction.

There is a left & right to the rear diff and the pulley fences. Please refer to your manual and double check that the outdrives are correctly installed and the pulley fences are on the correct sides.

I am just trying to get the history of my car, I got it from "redline 03" he said it was an ec prototype. I was just wondering if it was a car that schumacher used for testing?

Nemisis - Check that the layshaft bearings are fully seated in the layshaft mounts. If they are not they will really bind up the drive train.

Looks like origonal car rear suspension geometry. This was a fairly big change in my opinion when i tried it at the time.
