As yet it is only the CAD drawings that are available.

I am moving straight to a mission as i believe that it will be quite a big improvement. While the A2 is obviousely a good car, I would wait for the mission.

Hey Guys

Glad to hear that Schuie is continuing their trend setting ways.

I have been racing schumacher Touring cars since the very first SST and I am amazed at how many other touring cars now have things that the SST line started.

Yet on a sad note I believe I am going to have to switch manufacturer's. My LHS's won't carry Schuie parts and the shop that I was using to get my parts from out of town is going to stop carrying the line as well. I know what you all are saying, that I can go to Schumacher direct, but I live in Canada. I tried the direct route and it takes me the better part of 3 weeks before I see my parts.

I would like to thank all those who have helped me and those friends I have made just talking to. This thread was always the strongest on RCTouring and will excell here as well.

I still haven't made up my mind as to what I will do, if the parts availabilty changes(Hoping ) then I will continue on with Schumacher. Even if it doesn't I will pop on now and then just to see what is happening.

is frustrating if you have to wait weeks for parts.

no matter how good the car is, parts must be available plus they must be reasonably priced as well.

I think my LHS carries a few parts like arms and stuff, but I might be able to buy some off of somebody else...or, hopefully soon I will have another Axis2 to borrow off of or use as backup...This is the fastest car i've driven so far...

Harsh-I was just answering a question about what you need to make a XXX-S to go fast. The list I posted was a result of a talk with a very high ranking Losi Factory Driver at the Chicago Show.

Adrian....a very high ranking losi driver huh......might he have raced a schuie before? Anyway Harshguy you have a 700 dollar axis2 wow that thing must be gold plated why bother racing it then. I dont see how you could have spent 700 bucks on hopups and the car. Im not trying to jump on ya but just wondering what you put into your car that made it over 700 bucks.

I'll have to agree with Harsh. After you figure in the price of the car it's not hard to get up to $700. I shouldn't admit to this but I hve a TAO3R with about $700 in it.

Guys have a question for you all!!??

Right now I am using the kit supplied oil(45) in the shocks on my Axis 2!! I am using red springs and the rest of the setup is inline with what has been posted previously?? I am running on Asphault and Concrete, with pretty good traction!! Mostly med to tight tracks with rubber tires. Now for my question, if I go to a higher weight in oil, what should I expect in the changes in handling on the car??? Say 60 or 70 weight?? Also is there a happy medium??

LOL -- this is attempt #2 at selling it, at this point I'd be happy with a pound of liver and a hot towel.

Harsh- You forgot the front oneway on your list...LOL That's about what I have into my TC3. I still may be shy of $700 though, but not by much.

Would you take a half pound of liver and a somewhat used tire rag? Do you have pictures?
