No, we have not started shipping Kinetics yet. We are close to establishing a ship date.

I have faith in Novak products. They've been producing great stuff for decades, and I expect that they're really putting this one to the test to be as sure as possible that it's going to be competitive and durable. I'll be very interested to test it along side my RS Pro. I think they're going to have a great ESC and I'm happy to wait for it. I'm also chomping at the bit to test the new "big motor" and ESC. Linda........

Keep in mind that this current Kinetic is no longer the "Kinetic" we announced originally; we pretty much started over--with a new design, firmware, PC interface, prototypes, testing etc.....

We never shipped our Kinetic V.1 We completely redesigned the dynamic timing options and added some other other cool features.

You can't beat Novak's products --they are the MOST experienced ESC manufacturer in the field. I feel good that they decided NOT to put out a product that may have had some problems but elected instead to re-design and get it right the first time!! No need for constant updates-- "latest version" stuff if the design is right from the get go. I"m sure when the Kinetic hits it will be a winner.
It's true--there will need to be two different class's for racing--"adjustable" speed controls with timing/boost etc--and "standard" style speed controls. It's just like real cars--you cant' run supercharged engines in the same class with single 4bbl ones!! No different than the full-size world now!! But STILL FUN!!!

Yes the goal is the Reedy Race. A very fast multi time world champion may be coming out of retirement to run some orange.
