I guess I'm blind. The chart on the right is for 64p but it only goes down to 5.00. The chart on the left is for 48p and it goes down to 3.86. I'm just not seeing where it has 64p going down lower.

true,

maybe you could fit slightly smaller spur than 100, haven't tested usually use 114, 112, 110

I'm running 17.5 so I don't want to go to much higher.

One other question, are the xray spurs necessary on this one like on the 008 and 009? Looking at the picture it looks like the hex wrench has to go through the spur to tighten up the motor so I'm assuming the xray brand spurs are necessary.

RW makes a line of spurs for Xray. Make sure the first 3 letters of the item number are RWX.

Also I run a 98 tooth 64p in my 009 and plan on doing the same in my T3. I can easily get 3.7 to 4.8 with no issues.

When I went to Nexus's site I realized they are the RW "xray" spurs. Unfortunately they are out of stock on a lot of them. I'm hoping I can get by with a 96/40 to give me a 4.56. As long as that fits I will have a starting point.

I've amassed all the pinions from 37 to 53. And of course it looks like maybe the 37-40 are the only ones that are going to work on the T3

Does anybody know what material the spool outdrives are made from on the EU spec?

EDIT: Found that they are composite. I hope they hold up well. Were the 009 outdrives durable enough?

The spool is composite not only to have less weight but the spool dose not act like a regular one trust me a spool in my tc5 and a spool in my 009 the 009 is much better. the t3 comes with the some spool and probably the same design in the car but all together it will be better. This car will add .5 to 1 second onto your lap times on asphalt or carpet the spool is very universal.

Not to mention that he probably has some seriously crusty underwear.
