Default HOBBYWING LOOKING TO SPONSOR DRIVERS

Hi All

I have been asked by the Hobbywing factory to search for drivers around the world to represent Hobbywing electronics on road and off road. These are full factory sponsorships which will include a 12 month contract with Hobbywing Factory product supplied by the factory .

The applicant should put forward a brief history of his/her racing and MUST be a fantastic representative, well groomed and have a happy go lucky nature who is willing to go out of there way to help others at the track.Someone who is a peoples person and who get along with all walks of life and is a great promoter and that can also give feedback on racing events and technical issues back to the Factory. You will also do alot of testing of existing and new products for the factory and prepare test reports to send back. You dont have to be a super star but alteast a decent driver with some results.

We are looking for racers that attend most not all major race meets in YOUR COUNTRY and the reason im saying not all as i know not many can take the time off work to attend so it would be unreasonable for us to ask that much of them.

Hobbywing will supply product for the use of the successful candidates but no payment or travel expenses this is up to the individual .At the end of the contract you will be reviewed and if all has gone well you will be offered another year and so on .If your are unsuccesful in your renewal all equipment will have to be returned back to factory. For new equipment to be supplied the old equipment used by you must be returned for new product to be sent to you.

Bad behaviour at race meetings or public forums as a hobbywing representative will not be tolerated and you will be dismissed.

ok guys enough of me and my poems please send your info if you are interested to my email at

[email protected] and i will pass it on to factory .

The factory will review the resumes and will contact you in due course time .

thank you for your time

regards Angelo

Wow this is pretty cool. Finally gonna see HW hardware battle the big boys. I just hope they don't jack up their prices when they are well known.

I've always wondered if they're gonna get serious in RC cars. Good news for me coz I've always been a fan of bargain performance. Been using their Xerun 120A in my touring car this whole year except for the last race last weekend because it lacked top end for the long straight. I also run their Ezrun 12T and 5.5T in my buggies but havent raced them simply because there aren't any ep buggy races here in Malaysia. 4 of my racing buddies were surprised at the performance that they also run Hobbywing esc's and motor in their buggies.

But I have to admit that the Xerun is starting to show its lack of ability to compete with the likes of Tekins, SPXs, KOs, GMs and Orca(Blardy fast) escs. However, I've installed Speed Passions 731c software on it and will be testing it out for next weeks race meet. It seems to have more timing advance and should help on the straights. Will see how it goes.

Back before most of you were born, there was a Radio company called Kraft. They introduced a line of Pistol Grip styled radios that they rebadged from a Japanese company called KO. Anybody catching on? I see history taking a repeat.
