Pit Spaces. The pit space dimensions are 3 feet wide by 2.5 feet deep (as a comparison, the pits at the Nationals were 3 feet wide by 1.5 feet deep). There aisles between the rows will be wide, just as they were at the Nationals. Please plan accordingly.
Pit Set-Up. The Pit area will be open for setup on Thursday night from 8PM-11PM. Do NOT starting mingling around, bringing in gear, or asking where you’re seated until that time; it only causes confusion for everybody. A pit layout “map” will be posted in advance of the room opening.
Class Order. The class order for the controlled practice heats, qualifying, and mains will be as follows:

Stock Sedan Rubber
Stock 1/12
Pro Sedan Foam
SuperStock Sedan Rubber
Stock Sedan Foam
Pro 1/12
Lipo Sacks and Heating. All racers MUST use a Lipo Sack for charging. NO artificial heating of a battery is permitted.
Qualifying. The initial heat boards will be posted on Thursday night. 3 minutes between each qualifying heat. No minute graces. One 20 minute break between Rounds 2 & 3 for re-sort. Additional re-sort after Round 3.
Mains. Single A-Mains, and they will be run in the same order as qualifying. (A-Mains will NOT be grouped together at the end of the day)
Schedule. The daily schedule for the 3-day event is as follows:
Friday:
6am: Pits Open
6am – 7am: Open Practice
7am – 10am: One controlled round by heat. Heats shortened to 6 minutes for 1/12 and 4 minutes for Sedans & WorldGT. 2 minutes between heats.
10am – 8pm: Three controlled rounds by heat. Regular length. 2 minutes between heats.
8pm – 10pm: Open Practice for LATE ARRIVALS ONLY. If you run at ANY TIME before 8pm, you CANNOT run in the Late Arrival Practice.
11pm: Pits Closed
Saturday:
6am: Pits Open
6am – 7am: Open Practice
7am – 10:45am: 1 controlled round by heat. Regular length. 3 minutes between heats. This round will be run like a qualifier.
11am : Drivers Meeting
