We use 48pitch.
We work with rollout and not a FDR. This is because the tire diameter changes. Mostly I run outdoor and I use 40sh in the front and 35sh in the rear. Never run it on carpet. Sizes, in the rear around 60 and front 1 or 2 mm less

On carpet start at 30-40 for roll out. Tire: 56mm/R, 55.5mm/F, you can use Lilac which is WGT spec tire.

My friend Magnus and I did some tests with front end damper tubes yesterday on the Vorlon. Works quite well. Same tubes but two different solutions.

Hi, electric only; first I might say that the real beautiful things about pan cars are the simplicity of them. Then I would have to ask, how did this system work as in before and after comparison? And where to get these?

Good news, found a place with most parts except the rear axle and hubs so the only way out is the IRS complete axle. Now that I'm on a spending spree can you cool guys recommend good upgrades to have? Don't intend to race seriously would be interested in durability stuff mainly.

The goal was to have the same feeling as with lube on the kingpin. I was fed-up cleaning and lubing the king pins and the dirt the lube collects destroys the pivot balls and arms.

The damper tubes from Yokomo R12 C3.1. Upper arm eyelet from Associated.

Hi electric only; I've heard of people lubing the discs on the rear pod but never the king pins. I've found that keeping the discs as clean as possible is much better. You might be on to something good here!

Old news about lubing the kingpins
But what has been said before, it attracks a lot of dust and you need to check and clean is every heat to get the best result.
Seen the damper conversion on the front end also but in a different way.
They mount it between the front end.
Going to look if i can find a pic of it and post it.

How is the fiberglass arm hold in place?
Is it glued on to the uppe arm?
Seen a real cool variant on the Dfr Falcon!

It is not glued.
It is just shoved over the upper arms and stays in place.
