REGARDS
Not on the approved body list. WGT is considered a 200mm max width class. All the 235mm bodies I've found are LMP type.

Is it possible to use other than shorty batts for the VBC? ANd how does it look like with the weight distribution in the rear pod? The motor is quite far on the "heavy" side.

Just two strange things with my kit:
1st the metal kingpin Pivots are a very tight fit an bind a Little bit.
i jused dry fluid to fix this Problem.
2nd the carbon brace of the pod is milled a Little bit on Position of
the screw holes. It's just approx 1mm, but it's enough so that the screws
are to Long. I put in a shorter screw to fix this Problem.
You could also use a shim.

Haven't drove it, but yes, you could put a normal sized 2s lipo in.
Just build it to see what i can do "better". I will use mkost of the parts
and build an own Version.

Ok, and how about the weight distribution in the rear pod. Isnt the motor far away on the right side?
Do you have to mount the esc on its side when using normal 2s?

Hmmm ,Emden? Is there any good track around there? I have been there a couple of times.

If we as a collective group of clowns who have fascinations with these awesome cars want them to make a comeback, a couple of things have to happen. First, the cars have to be viable for a track/big race promoter to welcome them. 2S in any form just isnt going to work. They have ran World GT mod at IIC and it has worked. 1S mod will be the same speeds as 12th scale mod but with way more grip and stability. As far as tires go, what do you guys think of utilizing WGT spec tires as well?

We've run the Lilacs with 2S 10.5 on carpet and they are fine on our Roadkill 10s. That chassis has proven that it's still stable with pretty much any motor or tire combo you put on it. I've just converted to 17.5 boosted 2S to try it. Still working out the bugs, but it ran laps 2 full seconds faster than anything else at the track last night. Maybe I should put the 10.5 back in and convert to 1S next? I don't see any downside for 1S indoor.
