The way i see it... IF it is FCC legal, and it is approved by ROAR in time, why not...

It is ROARs position to deem it 'fair' to all race contestants...

In a game where tracktime is critical, not having to wait on a frequency will definitely be an advantage...

Aren't they doing controled practice "heats" like at Reedy? I think that's the only fair way to run practice at big races.

Thad-Sorry about that...I took your comment the wrong way. I was a little wound up with some racers saying they were glitching because of the system....this is NOT possible. CYA in FL!!

That right there is one reason it should not be legal for this Worlds. It is not available to everyone.

Everyone should have the same privileges when it comes to frequency options at any race of this magnitude.

The number of practice runs or practice time is not the issue. This system has been developed to increase performance by eliminating radio interference.

With 27 and 75 band (talking ROAR rules), any driver with any radio has access to all the legal frequencies. If you allow this system as it is now, only a select few drivers, using only M8 radios, will have access to all the legal frequencies. That is not fair.

If a system is going to be legalized for ROAR (or IFMAR), it should be available to all members.

BTW I have access to this, but still think it should be disallowed. But if it is legal, I have no choice but to use it.

It's for all the high end radios. Futaba, Airtronics, KO, and JR. It would be nice though, if you could use it on an MX-3 or a XS3.
