Man, I think there's something wrong with www.rcmart.com
Trying to shop on their site but the site is extra slow and lots of dropped packets...

It's cool. I have more time for RC now! Hehe.
Rcmart was a bit wonky last night (or errr early in the morning). Lots of dropped packets after I did a "ping" and "tracert" command on it...
But I did manage to push the order through! I can't wait.
Regarding their EMS upgrade, I've ordered over $150, and chose the regular shipping, they upgrade the shipping automatically?

Build stage 8 and 12
Hi Guys, I'm new to the on-road racing scene and working on my first on-road build. The TA05 ver.2 call for a feature that I haven't come across before in my previous off road builds. In build stage 8 for the rear and 12 for the front, 3x10mm set screws are installed though the a-arm. What is the purpose of this addition?
Thanks for your help. This is my first post, but I've been reading this forum for a while and find it to be very helpful and informative.

Thanks for the info, gas huffer. In the past I put o-rings underneath the piston to limit downward suspension travel. Similar result, but this way is a lot easier to adjust and a whole lot less messy!

Limiting droop is a small but very effective tuning option, when you adjust the droop you're changing how the car transfers weight from the front to the rear when you're on power and from the rear to the front when you're on the brakes. It has a direct effect on on-power rear traction and initial off power steering.

Well it isn't a V2, but nobody posts in the IFS thread so this is my new home.
Finally she is near completion!! I bought it this TA05-IFSR used. The guy gave me a ton of parts for it and it was _almost_ complete, but I had to build it from scratch. After some parts from California and the LHS, it's about 90% complete!

That is a really good looking ride you've got there, that's about as maxed out as you can get a TA-05 and it looks awesome.

I paid $200 shipped for it and spent an extra $50-75 on misc parts upgrading to ceramic diff balls, aluminum out drives, sway bar kit and other smaller parts that were missing.
I don't know what class I should run it in. I'm new to on-road any suggestions?

It will work great in any of the stock type classes (10.5/13.5/17.5)
