Its worth it, all the hop up parts will bump you over $500 to up grade. I upgraded but I already had a set of TRF Shocks and springs. Still spent too much upgrading.

The Gold Edition is listed as a drift car, but I think the only difference is the gold color. Check out Tower Hobbies the give a discount coupon which can cut $50 off the price at 479.

Well if you already bought one, it's worth it! Go find a local track. It is more fun racing than bashing. If you enjoy scale look like most of tamiya enthusiasts, you will enjoy racing in the VTA class.

I broke the front suspension arm yesterday.
Will the TB03 arm fit?

The kit arms are softer. Some of them are carbon reinforced. They have two different part numbers.

The TB-03d arms are the softer ones.

I have a Ta05 v2 w/ aluminum bulkheads, motor mount, shocks and all that. Are the bulkheads necessary? do you run both alum bulkheads, one, or both carbon reinforced? Tamiya 44mm DCJ fits in this car?

Taking the old car out of retirement and wanna get her looking nice. Was gonna start with getting a screw kit from Tony's screws but they only have a TA05 kit. Wondering if that kit would fit the v.2. Thanks!
