Anyone here use a Airtronics MX11? I have one of the original USB adapters from 2006 and tried using the RX it was still connected too. The TX module seemed to get real hot so I pulled it. Plus it didn't connect.
I'm trying to use the direct connect cables that came with the Radio, but no luck.

This game is difficult enough to run on up to date PCs ...i cant imagine it will be easy using an adapter from several years back ......but u never know maybe....

I got the adaptor to be recognized but my M11 TX/rx won't communicate with the v2 adaptor. I might have to dust off my old M8 to play.

I have both old and new and they work with my spek receivers, but I do remember the old version not working with futaba 2.4, so that may be an issue. If your radio has any frame rate or digital/analog settings I would try those.

Just got my usb and played a few hours.

To the experts, will this help your timing with real rc cars or hurt? Right now I feel I'm using different driving than real rc.

Thanks.

I'm able to use my 4pk without any issues with the new adapter. I am using a 603ff receiver though. I'll have to try it with the newer 614ff one of these days.

I tried this out a bit yesterday. The cars just don't feel real. I am on a lite membership currently (deciding if I'm going to go full on). Setup the Free XRay T3'11 and tried running it on the Virtual RC Carpet 2 Track. It just didn't feel right. There's no sense of the car unloading the front to go into a corner and no feel of the spool ripping you out of the corner.

Is there something I'm missing or is this really how it is?

Default vcr pro

I am using an at least 3 yrs old adpator with m11x, ko ex-1(fm) and flysky 2.4G, ko eurus. No problem here. At idel the ko fm has the fastest frame rate(around)122, but if there is movement on the m11x, the frame rate jump from 112 to 122. If I calculate the frame rate 1/122 , it is equal to 8.2ms. which is about right for ko ex-1 fm. but not for m11x and ko Eurus which should be 400 frame rate and 250. (2.5ms and 4ms respectively)
I am using a 2.9G quad core amd ,4G RAM , ATI 5770 1G. gamr frame rate is 75 with every setting turn to highest. No lag , feel instant.
I tried 1/10 nitro spec, 1/10 electric spec, mod, 1/12 spec at kyodho circuit. The reactition of the cars are similiar .little bit too similar, but it doesnt make me feel the game is too unreal. It is fun.
I don't have to watch the weather and pray for the sunshine every week.

I'm sitting at 99 on the R2tW rankings. And I've NEVER driven a TC on track. And I race SC

But it certainly made a difference in my driving. The other guys on track look like idiots now. I love the on- road style that is creeping into my driving. And I won my 2nd race ever! A lot of credit goes to VRC Pro. I think I can make the 80's in the R2tW. After that, my setup has to get better.

So I got the free trial and it runs like crap on my lap top. I read that some guys disabled the vsync? How is this done? Also, how do you adjust FPS? Seems like a cool game, would love to figure it out!

Thanks!

Under options > graphics settings

also turn all the sliders down to low quality, also make sure you run the controller calibration.

I got an email saying offroad is coming in July, anxious to see how that plays.

Downloaded the SC update, its pretty good, I hope they add more trucks soon though, could use a faster motor than a 17.5.

Can anyone recommend a PCIe low profile card for this game? I have a dual core dell, but its small form factor, I just want to be able to play it at 1080p res on my TV, nothing crazy.
