-2 degrees kick?
Hey guys. I'm setting up my FT TC3 for carpet, and using Blackstock's Snowbirds setup for a starting point. How can I achieve -2 degrees of front kickup? I thought you can only go +2 or 0 degrees...
Second, is this a pretty good setup to start with, or am I better off using AE's carpet setup in the back of the owner's manual? The track is Ozite, lots of tight 90 and 180 degree corners, one short straight.

Use the F+0 block & put .032" spacers under the rear block.
TC3 Tub Chassis Mod
I have found that once I modified my tub chassis to get the battery packs more to the center, the chassis is not as stiff. I know this is because I have removed material from the center beam, but does anyone know of a way to counter act this?
Thanks,
Yekim

BMI
BMI makes a uppper deck for the tub chassis that will stiffen it back up.

I picked up the wrong parts, so thanks for the info pertaining to the Losi hubs and part numbers!
Do those of you running the Losi hubs leave the ball cup on top when installed? It leaves the camber link at an odd angle.

Yes, leave it on top. You may need to shave a little off the top with an Exacto off the ballcup for wheel clearance. The do angle forward some but work fine.
I like to try different setup's, any new tc3 setup with spool diff.
