I too am looking for a good starting point for 12th scale 17.5 boosted with a 2.1EX and 17.5 V3 1 cell... I've been through the manuals, and haven't seen a recommendation for settings and rollout.

Also, what version firmware is best to use for this setup?

Contact SP USA office and talk to the boss there and he will get you couple of those.

Even though I am located in Australia? I don't mind paying.

How would I go about getting in contact with him?

Thanks!

Talk about case,

Solara, Will Speed Passion release Case gasket, for SP GT2.0 and GT2.1 ?
Shielded case or something like that...

ex: "Highly water-resistant case with protective silicone gasket"

I would highly doubt it. A sealed case would be useless since water can still get in the top through the sensor connector, switch and rx ports.

it works
as i found a disturbing sensored socket by flood of water, will result
only sensored disabled and switch to sensoreless.
no electricity shortage may cause burned. (safety technology)

Unless the one at the rx wire sockets and fan sockets.
and yes the switch wire.

Loosen the 3 screws on the front of the motor , push slightly on them to loosen the rear end of the motor and move the sensor plug to 10 , i wouldnt advise running less then this as the movors get warm quickly and power is lower

dont forget to tighten the 3 screws BUT not too much
