what's wrong with these speedos or am i doing something wrong?
all wires have been double checked and are hooked up correctly. the sensor wire works great with the cirtix speedo.
any help would be great.
to me, it sounds like a shorted esc. Any difference when running without the sensor cable? I have the same problem with my Tekin RS Pro.

If its a computer program, does it work on a Mac ?

Thanks for any help.
You can find the latest version of the software below, entitled Reventon PC Program with USB Driver V1.1.0.22:
http://www.speedpassion.net/en/download.asp

As I stated a few replies above yours, I am running the program on a Mac, but not natively.

I am running the current version of OSX and installed an old version of XP SP3 that I've had lying around.

If you aren't really computer savvy, I would skip the XP install and install Windows 7 via Bootcamp as it will be much easier.

Installing the Speed Passion program itself is pretty simple, unzip the program, install the USB driver, locate the driver in com ports and double click or right click? to assign it properly and complete the driver installation.

After that, install the PC program, connect your ESC, and the rest is simple.

Hi - is it better to run the muchmore felta 4 software with the speed passion revention pro, or is it just the same between the two? On the petit rc website, they say the muchmore is better.
Thanks

Check your soldering, especially the black/ground wire. That's my only guess.

You guys test that on dusty tracks? Dirt gets in these speedo's all the time and I would be worried about shorts with the dirt touching the metal plate and arching. Probably why the original one is plastic.

Default Firmware update for LCD Professional Program card

I have 2 program boxes,
a translucent Blue one:- Reventon SMART LCD Program card, version 2 .7
and a Black one:- LCD Professional Program card, version 1.07_110119.

The black box will not connect to any of the Reventon ESC's or connect to the PC software 1.1.022

Is the black LCD Professional program card compatible with the Reventon ESC's?
What is the latest version of the Black box and how do you update it?

Thanks
Fred
