Questions?? Reventon Pro

hi Guys I need a Reventon pro bottom case .I have emailed my local importer here in Australia ,nil stock, emailed speed passion USA they forwarded my email to HK Speed Passion as they were closer to my local but no reply, emailed USA again, forwarded to someone else ,again no reply all I want is a replace my bottom case for which i will PAY plus postage it seems to me that because I broke the flimsy bottom case I might have to buy a whole new ESC . Can someone out there from Speed Passion help? I need to fix this before the ESC departs my car and leaves the bottom case stuck to the double sided tape on the car.
Thank You

Make sure you read the instructions very carefully on how to set it. I struggled to find the brakes myself only to learn that I wasn't programming it correctly.

Did you ensure the firmware you have installed on the ESC supports braking? Click "Firmware Support list" here: http://www.speedpassion.net/reventon/home.asp

For whats its worth I switched receivers (from Spektrum DR3300T to SR201) and this stopped happening. Now I think my wifi router keeps throwing it reverse. Poor furniture.

I wish you could tone down the reverse. Its TOO FAST and then you can't stop it (throttle) until it slows down some. Perhaps its the same gear protection feature that keeps you from throwing it in reverse while going forward? I can't just reduce the throw of reverse on my radio since that messes with braking.

The RED LED was not blinking (indicating low battery) but just goes off. I also notice some apparent receiver interefence/randomness when it happens which may or may not be related.

Also, is it OK to wire two fans into the fan power outlet (Reventon Pro)?

Generally this ESC has been easy to setup and update via the USB cable.

Does anyone know why the Reventon Pro 1.1 is almost $100 more than the Reventon Pro? Seems odd to make such a big price jump for essentially the same exact speed control with a couple of very minor changes.

Where do you see a $100 difference? I see a $40 increase?

Those new FETs are bloody expensive i guess.

It is odd that you can buy the current Reventon Pro 1.0 Blue in the US for $99 but on the world site it's $180.

My guess is when it's officially for sale in the US it will be lower with a slight price increase due to the new FET's there using.

Seems to me the $99 deal is a blow out special, which would be typical when you have a new model. The GT2.0 can be had for a similar price.

The Reventon was not $99 when it came out.
