So from what i am seeing on the green timing board is a +20 setting. Does the motor have stock 10 degrees all the time?
Also, when you go the other way on the setting, what is the minimum timing on the green board?
For Blinky 17.5 in touring, any recommendations on V3.0 Competition (non MMM motor)?
Lastly, what are peoples thoughts on the 17.5 1 cell motors. Are they that better in 1S usage for 1/12 pan? For those, what board setting is recommended?
Can someone explain how the sensor boards work as far as the timing ranges available?

for 17.5blinky if you are in a indoor track yellowboard +30 will be good they geared that around a 4.5, i actuallly got better lap times and cooler temps with the green board.

I can go from 20 degrees to 30 degees with the green timing board on the V3.0 competition motor.
The track I am running on is indoor carpet.
Do you recommend that for both touring and 1/12 17.5 blinky?
Also, what is the stock rotor size on the V3.0 Competition motors?
Thanks. So based on this:

Has there been a release date announced for the boost software? I blew my speedo up in the rain today, and I was hoping to replace it with the Reventon Pro. I need the boosted software by 3 weeks from now, how likely is it that it will be released in that time frame?
Solara would have better insight. All I can tell you is it looked like it is worth the wait. Looked super fast. If you can be patient I certainly would be.
I soldered up another new one, went out and raced a race with it. It worked just fine.
Brought it home after the race was over went to take it out of the default mod 0 program to put into stock mode and again i've lost everything but steering.
I tried returning the ESC back to Mod 0 and now again I get nothing, just steering.
I've been programming esc's with castle links hot wires everything and have never ever had an issue.
I've calibrated after program changes, turned off both turned them back on DONE EVERYTHING and I get nothing.
I consider myself RC savvy and computer savvy and have very good common sense if I thought that changing programs was going to stop the esc from working I would have never tried. But we're required to have our esc's in blink mode to race.

Reading a bit on the net that the pro is having problems!!! Is it software or hardware?
If its software that can be updated then thats good, but if its hardware then they will have to be sent back etc
Whats up???

Being as they are brand new there will be some bugs, most things right now seem to be software as it is just all brand new for this line. They had been doing updates and will continue to do so as problems arise.
With the new reventon led cards, there is a USB port to connect to your pc, however the USB cord is not included, but it's just a standard 2.0 USB I believe is the name. It's a standard cable you can get anywhere like Walmart or RadioShack or if you have had smart phones or other computer accessories you likely already own one. That is all you need along with the included led box to connect and update your esc with your computer.
