What Motor are your running? It will have an impact on braking performance

As already mentioned, set the brake force to 100%, set the reverse force to 100%. You can also crank up the drag brake a bit to get more initial braking.

I believe I did that (reverse and brake force same though at first they were not). Will verify when can check car. However, there really needs to be a FAQ.
