13.5 is very much the same as 17.5 ESC setup....you just have to use higher gearing for 13.5 compare to the 17.5....ESC setup is very much the same or adjust alittle per your own perference.

Guys looking for some advice on a very smooth offroad profile for 2wd buggy.
I'm currently running a 13.5, but might go down to a 10.5 later. I had the 110 stock on it and it was too aggressive and the throttle curve hit too hard in the midrange. I just wasn't smooth.
I just flashed the esc to 508 no timing. Any suggestions other suggestions for 2wd buggy. Other wise I was thinking of the 205 mod.

Use 205g if SUPERCHARGER is not something you can take advantage of...otherwise, use 528MOD.
Speed Passion website has plenty of off road setup for you to use.....please check it out.

I'm sure this fixed it, or I must be on some heavy fluids...lol

Recommended final drive on the manual is for 13.5 motor with standard timing advance...it is for 13.5 motor in general, not necessary for what type of car you are using...
For F1..is that rubber tires or foam..? It really depends on your tires size...I used 1.75" rollout on 13.5 before...but you have to really check it out yourself.

(2) Checkout speed passion webiste, you can try some 10.5 setup and gear down by 1-2 tooth and check temp.
(3) If using supercharger, I would think gear at 8 or so on final drive.

I was calibrating my radio as I would for the Super Charger firmware. I was setting my Throttle EPA to 95%, calibrate, then put it back to 100%. Using this method would not allow the LED to blink. It started working once I set the EPA back to 100% before starting the calibration sequence.
I'm sure this fixed it, or I must be on some heavy fluids...lol

Since you are doing NO TIMING software...yes, there is no reason to use 95% and back up to 100% TURBO/SUPERCHARGER throttle EPA setting like when we are using 528STOCK or 528MOD.
Good luck....

The car felt like it had good punch in the start but lacking some midrange and top speed. Was hoping to beat my old personal best from when running tekin rs and lrp 9.5.

Did run quite a few runs on sunday with 528STOCK using Marcos.J settings for 13.5 asphalt. FDR was 6.56. Motor temp was never above 65c and esc was just about cold to the touch.

Club spec has only 3 options to adjust, and cannot be use with the USB interface.....USB is for the rest of the CIRTIX series ESC except club spec.
One of the design for club spec is.....we don't want it to be able to connect to any computer for TRUE SPEC racing. One of the rule on USVTA is, no computer or software upgradable ESC....Club spec is exactly one of those ESC that the USB interface will not be able to work. It is not something we cannot do on the ESC, it is something we are trying to do purposely so it can work with the true SPEC ESC rule.
You use only the plastic LED box for the club spec ESC adjustment.
