maybe it needs more midrange/ anybody got any ideas?????????????
try using your Exponential on your radio I had the same problem and on a Spectrum DX3 r I went negitive numbers and this then gave me what I needed from start to when the turbo cuts in . Depending on your radio you might need to try positive numbers.

All 3, just refer to their own names in each respective thread.

Where are the software profiles at? I can't seem to find them on the SP sites. Do I need to register to get to the different software profiles downloads?

EDIT.

I have downloaded the the 1.32v software on my Lap top and the 1.31v on the PC from the website just to see if there was a difference. The LCD box says 1.02 on start up. The database says 1.35.

Am I doing something wrong?

I don't see profile 230 and 231, which I was told to try when I turn the esc on and get to look for profiles. Most profiles say 1.01v and a bunch of numbers. I assume when you say profile 107 that is the last three digits?
go to page 205 of this thread, the download is there, in the next few pages you will find info on how to load it and use it.
for some reason my lcd box also now reads v1.02 but it works.

if your still having problems let me know

As for support where are the detailed instructions for installing YOUR software on YOUR products lol, Oh I forgot they are over on the 'other' thread and I have sent out over 200 copies of it to SPEED PASSION owners who were not getting any help here. Now THATS funny

Feel free to send the Questions over and we will try our best to help them out, as it seems the SP support peeps have gone awful quiet again.

Ahh, so the 230/231 I'm looking for is in the new BETA software? It just made sense now that I have the Programmer, before I just read it and it didn't mean much to me. Ha Ha. I feel like a puts.

I checked my profiles on the laptop which has the 1.32v and the database there says 1.70 and has the 107 and 109 profiles. Which were the newest before the supercharger stuff right?

I got the 230/231 loaded and the database says 1.82 now. Do I have to download something twice? Or do I just need to load the profile into the speedo twice.

What about a profile for 2wd buggy running 13.5?

You need to upgrade>scroll down to a older version>downgrade>upgrade back to the newer version again.

I'm not familiar with offroad but I don't think you'll be needing the supercharger for 2wd offroad unless you want wheelspin mayhem.

Yesterday I run for the first time stock (usually drive mod) with my GT2.
Uploaded beta software and tried several settings. Time wasn't on my side so couldn't try many things but after some changes I did there was some strange behavior of the esc.

After full throttle was applied not enough power was sent to motor and green lights were flashing on esc. Turning on/off esc few times and everything worked.

Any ideas what went wrong?

I used SP17.5 but needed to gear higher to keep up with the fast guys, next time

I run a dx3r myself. Thanks ill try that.
Tried it, its a little better but still not great. i was hoping for a smooth build up from standstill to just before full throttle followed by lunatic supercharger take off! maybe ill tinker with the settings a little more, or maybe theres new software that gives a better mid range power band on its way.....................

I've loaded the version 231 into my Gt2.0 and tried all teh various settings as recommended and can't get any power out of the esc at all. Low revs no power. Anyone had a better result.

Default Mod

Sorry to interrupt the all the stock kerfuffle, but I have a couple questions relating to mod...

I'm using the 323 software as suggested a few pages back, and I've just got my hands on an SP v2 5.5 so I'm looking for AMTS, motor timing, and FDR recommendation for TC on a technical track with a 40m straight.

Also, when I plug the ESC into my LCD I get a message saying to upgrade software. Is the most recent LCD firmware not backwards compatible with 323?

thanks
Craig

If so, I misinterpret the idea of upgrade twice. I did this:

choose 230 -> upgrade -> choose 230 -> upgrade
