If the track temp is 110 or above, the 36's work the best!!!I have run them in the morning at our local track with really good results too.Track only 80 degree or so,but with warmers were dialed.I would say get yourself the 28's and 36's because the heat range overlaps between these 2 shores.

1st round if in the morning. I say track temp of about 90-95 and then go directly to the 36's afterward. They wear fine as long as you don't run them when its over 95 degrees.
I will say the 36's have got to be the best tire I have used to date.1st couple runs are awesome. But the drop off after that is minimal and not as drastic as other tires on the market. Many locals have run these tires 10-20 runs with strong ,consistent results. The guy who just set our new track record in fast lap and total time was running 36's with more then 10 runs on them.

I've been saying 36s are the best for years, you guys finally listening to me? hehe Can't wait to try some SJR's next weekend. This weekend I'll run my personal mounted set. Gonna be a hot weekend! 100° air temp!

I would really like all you racers to please give me all the feed back you want and as much as you want about the tires working on your track, surface and condition. I always will listen and make changes if needed to make this SJ-R tires one of the best working tires on the market for you racers. The Sorex tires un-mounted were the most used tires for many years in the WORLD before pre-mounts and now we are back again to try to be on top with our racing pre-mounts that last.
Not everybody is going to like the SJ-R and I know that, but I will convert those that don’t in time, LOL.
Thanks guys. Billy
