T.O.P. Racing "Photon" 1/10 EP Touring Car

Even I found that the kit setting lacks steering - a tweak to the steering crank by putting it on the longest setting sorts that out. The car is a pretty good basis to work from them.
If you are on a particularly tight or low-traction layout you might find that the front diff makes the car a bit easier to drive than the spool.

If anyone is interested in my IIC set-up I would be happy to post it. But, how do you get the set-up sheet on a PDF or I guess I can scan it in.

Can anyone tell me where I can look at a T.O.P "scythe" manual? Thanks in advance

Hello all,
I was looking to getting a 416X, but the price is getting too steep. With the exchange rate these days, the car is almost $600 shipped
Looking for a good alternative and my fellow racers recommended me the Photon. What are the weakpoints on this car that I need to stock spares on? I'm sure the Chub and knuckles are on that list, but any other known issues?
Also, where is a good place that sells the kit and spares at a reasonable price?
Thanks

Car is very durable. Beside all the normal parts. I would get a Bell crank and a medium servo saver. You can place a order at [email protected] or Amain hobbies. Goodluck
I was reading through the manual, and noticed a lot of innovative designs implemented for ease of maintenance. The steering did kind of worry me, with the absence of a servo saver. You guys use the Kimbrough mediums?
Seems like making the motor as centered as possible is a trend with the new kits coming out (T3, 416X). Where does the Photon place in this respect?
I guess those top deck screws are also on my list.
