I run the Yokomo thin hexes on my BD with the bd5 front and rear end hubs and driveshafts. They are 4.2mm wide.

Team Suzuki 4mm hub. (I dont know what they really are. I haven't measured them)
Doesn't look like they clamp.

Any questions about Yokomo parts, placing orders, please feel free to contact:

Maybe you guys can help me out here...My BD5WR feels strange to me on the track (carpet) compared to my old BD and TC6. Tough to explain but, the car feels like it floats a little and is less direct feeling than my other cars. I've tried numerous different setups but result's the same.
I'm not a newbie to TC, I can usually get a chassis setup to where I like it but, right now I'm not real comfortable with the BD5. Any ideas?

Hi ,
Why do almost everybody that I looked the set up use the Mazda Speed 6 as body?
BD5 is better with mazda speed 6 than LTCR or R9 ?
regards,
Nico'

I also used some idea found on the BD5 Setup Sheet made by Arn0 for to improve my old setup so i really hope you will find it useful.
I'm not a professionist in this kind of jobs, so let me know if you will find some issue, i tryed my best .
File can be saved or used online and is compatible with Acrobat Reader 8 or above. Should work also with similar programs
Thank you,
Andrea

I tryed also the R9 but i don't like it, too much aggressive and my feeling is (on our tracks) car is not stable
May be i'm wrong but i hope this can help you a little bit

thanks altreyx I have the same feeling about these bodies, I find Mazda too neutral and not as mush aggressive and as my BD5 oversteers a little bit I think LTCR suit it better.
But I wonder to find almost only Mazda speed 6 in the set up sheets I look at http://www.petitrc.com/reglages/yoko...YokomoBD5.html

Most of the times yes is the Mazda the first choose, but for example at the Worlds, if i'm right, all the drivers were using the LTCR.
Same for some other race.
At the end we drive something only by "feeling & sensation" so we should find which is the best choose for us. May be a choice seems a "must to use" but in real doesn't mean that is working for everyone
There is need only to try.
