The outer hole gives more high speed steering, I think this is because it gives the wheel a few more degrees of lock at full lock compared to the inner hole. The inner hole makes the car more twitchy and responsive, and the outer hole gives it better corner rotation. From what I have been testing, the inner hole is better for stock racing, and the outer hole is better for the faster classes were more steering is needed.

Are you coming in at low speed or high speed? Check to see if you have high drag breaks setting if you lift in the corners that will cause instanant weght tranferfer causing the rear to break lose, Also check the minor areas 1st like tire compund, camber, how much weight is in the front and rear, or maybe a simple wing adjustment will fix it. My BD5World does it at high turn-ins because my ball diff was tight in the front and was loose in the rear so it upset the back alot
