lrp spx stock spec

14 sec on a large GP high speed track is equivalent to approx 1 second per lap. Switching from stock to mod may achieve a 1 second gain, depending on the layout. Does that mean with the SPX, a stock motor perform as fast as a mod?

with 9.5 I feel that profile 6 yields more consistent run through the whole heat (6 minute), anyway in the end I came out with the conclusion that is better to go with profile 7, runs like a rockets and looso some performance during the last couple of minutes.......

Anyone use the SPX with a 1s LiPO yet? If so, please share your experiences...

Current car was more stable than my old one, but my speed on straights was monstrous compared with how it used to be.
I had never had anyone ask how my car was so fast before last Sunday!

I qualified 7th, the guy who qualified 2nd (8 secs ahead, was running profile 8 geared at 5.19, can't remember what motor he used, probably a Nsram 10.5, possible a Novak 10.5SS.

I heard that on races that I weren't attending one driver I know (and which asked few weeks ago which esc to buy - SPX Stock Spec of course) were asked what is he running (he was almost as fast as guys with 4.5T and 5cell). He had bought my used LRP X11 Stock Spec as well and he says it's rocket (others doesn't belive it's 10.5T standart motor without tuning). I'm not sure if it's motor - I wasn't on race with him since he got new esc - or esc itself.
Btw can you compare LRP Stock Spec motor (or Nosram) with Hacker?
