Ed checked on the japan post site and they are been held due to the invoice missing. Mine checked in at 11.24 as well. Never ever had this problem before.

Check here: http://www.post.japanpost.jp/english/ems/ Mine says held due to missing invoice. Let me know if yours says the same. I am going to ring them if they dont reliese it tomorrow.

Hey guys new to the thread, I have a couple of questions about the regular 415. Does it come with a front oneway or diff, is there a center oneway. Is the car good on carpet with foams. What options such as springs etc. will i need for carpet racing with foams. I havent got the car yet is the reason for asking so many questions. Think Tamiya will be coming out with a replacement for the car in the next year or so?

tony.

1. oneway
2. oneway
3. it's pretty good on foams...just have to find the right setup.
4. if you runs foams with it i would get heavier springs, build a front diff, and run a locked center pulley

5. the replacement car is the MSX...right now it's just a conversion kit for existing kits. no date yet for the full kit release.

If you're running the MS without the 4 stifferning post, then I'll say that I feel the MSX is slightly stiffer...Thats how I feel.

Exclamation Release dates around the world!

Steve from Speedtech just e-mailed me to say my conversion kit is there waiting for me to pick up or be delivered! So, my point is we got them only a few days after the far east got theirs! I guess Tamiya is trying to release parts in a more equal time line around the world! Get my drift!
That was fast!!

Yap...Thats a good thing...I believe why we got ours so quickly is due to the fact that these stuff are made in Japan and the time need to ship it from japan to aruond the asian countries needs less time then shipping over continents.

Hope you guys get your hands on the MSX soon. Its looks great...!!

Talking RE: Release dates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My point was I'm guessing that Tamiya delayed distribution in the Far east long enough to let the slow boats to everywhere else get to their destination so the release dates were a lot closer then some of the other popular items in the past. Example, the TA05 was getting distributed throughout the far east almost a month before North America and Europe. This became a real issue with the LHS and alike that couldn't get kits etc. etc. when regular customers had them in their hands long before they did and at a cheaper price if you bought in quantities. That's all I was trying to say! Pardon the confusion!
