Hi Guys,

We still have room on the pre-order list for the Tamiya TRF 415 for $389.99 and we'll see if we can also get spare parts in stock at the same time for the car (some are already interchangeable with previous kits).

Thanks for reading

Cool.

Can someone describe how the D/D blocks in the front work? Wouldn't it be extremely wide?

looks good BK... can you (or anyone else!) confirm or deny that the arms, hubs etc, are the same as the earlier cars? looks that way. and are there any instructions for building a front diff? i need to order these parts to be here when my kit shows up... thanks!

Arms, hubs and carriers are the same as previous kits.

Only instructions for front oneway / rear diff setup. Rear diffs would not fit into the front end.

Rear diff is about 5mm wider thats previous kits.

The chassis is very stiff. 4mm bottom deck, 4mm middle decks, 2 mm top deck, 3mm shock towers. The car is on par with the Tech for chassis stiffness, rock solid.

Mine is just about finished up. Just waiting on my Comp2 ESC to come in tomorrow. Plus I gotta paint up a body. Maybe I'll test it out this weekend. Looks like a nice kit.

I have been waiting on this car for 6 months and finally placed one on pre-order today. My return to electric has come at last. This thing better be worth it for $400!

I found the perfect item for holding my cells in place, its a "Ride" velcro tire gluing strap or we could call it an extra large battery strap

It just means you no longer have to run 2*1mm wheel spacers in the front which is a lot better i think. Rick
