Just think about the new tamiya gold (titanium coated) suspension shafts and damper rods, I see on Marc's car from the Euros that he was running the same on the front swing shafts. I recall someone saying that Alex Racing made the damper rods and they were sold as tamiya. Do Alex make these 46mm swing shafts or are they a future Tamiya hop-up?

Ballsie: They're a new Tamiya option part (does not neccesarily mean it's Tamiya who manufacture the part).

Most who run 64pitch gears in mod use a 102t spur I believe.

Does anybody make a spool that doesn't break for the 415?
Been running the speedtech spool and in 3 meetings have snapped one and bent another.
Only parts I've managed to break on the car in over a seasons racing.

I think they are actually 0.7mm and 1mm like the spacers in the 415 kit although mine only arrived today and I haven't measured them.

Hi dw,
You also can try Tamiya spool part#49358 (TRF415 Front Direct coupling (Spool)). I got one and it seems to be good.

One version of a spool is to build a complete front diff (Yokomo parts as described on Tamiya USA) but without balls, then just tighten it completely. I ran this solution in my Xray when the spool broke.
