Rear Bulk head is cut in half for better flex...

So is the center post

Cut grooves for the swaybars so I dont use the plastic parts any more

The car is 1410 Grams ready to run as is pictured (with tires of course) no transponder. I had tekin R1 Pro on the car earlier but due to software problems I removed it. the car was 1378gr with Tekin. I am sure when I finish building the 416 I will be below the required 1350gr rule...

Idk, the 416 is a sweet car, what could they possibly do to make it better? It has the chassis designed for LIPO and has a lot of new ideas to make it different from the 415....

But, yes, no doubt they will find something to make it even better,lol.. How, well I have no idea, but im sure they have got something up their sleeves....

I'll get to race my brand new trf415msxx soon, I am hoping i'll like it more than my ta05 once ive found its sweet spot

You ll love it coming from ta05. Dont get me wrong ta05 is really fast and stable car. it is just that 415 is more than ta05

I will be racing indoors on a very small track with wooden boards, i know the car can be rather unforgiving so im a bit nervous in that respect, but yeah looking forward to getting it out there sometime!

13 years of racing, yeah ive seen a few incidents in that time lol, i'll bear those wise words in mind I'll try and race it outdoors if I can...

One reason why I still like my '05, its built like a tank, and can be used with foams very well lol.

Hi!

I have a question about the differences of the lower decks for the MSXX and MSXX MRE07.

Tamiya Number : 9404735 MSXX Lower deck (Kit one)
4004046 MSXX Loser Deck 2,5mm (with stickpack holes)
9404808 MSXX MRE07 Lower Deck (Kit one) also 2,5mm

How thick is the MSXX one? And does anyone has a shop where the MSXXMRE07 one is in stock?

Greetings Blueman

The MSXX MRE has a 2,5 mm deck and the MSXX has 2mm lower deck
http://rcmarket.com.hk/product_info....roducts_id=481

the 2mm hav be aquired at part, but the 2,5 can only be acquired if you get the "415 msxx stickpack conversion kit"

OK!

So this is the lower deck from the stickpack conversion Kit right?

http://shopping.rcmodel.hk/product_i...ducts_id=11447

But where i can get the original MSXX MRE07 Spare lower deck?
The number of it is 9404808.

I have searched every onlinestore i know, but everyone have only the 2mm MSXX one in stock. Only one shop have the 2,5mm stick pack chassis in the shop. But this one is also sold out at the moment.

Does anyone know where to get?

Greetings Blueman

Hey Blueman
As it so often happens with Tamiya - one day the parts are there - next day not...and you have to be on your toes.
I ws lucky to get the MSXX MRE chassis plate but when i needs one more, i started searching and asked RCmodel/RCmarket/RCmart and all my other channels, and the message is the same - at the moment its not obtainable.

So only option is to buy the full sticpack conversion kit, and only use the chassis plate.

Aha !

I also try out a few channels now to get one, but i have already found a Stickpack conversion kit. When i cant get a original, then i also purchase this one. Maybe in the future to atach a lipo it will be a good thing.

Another question. Can i use the kit bulkheads with the stick type chassis, or have i to use the one bulkhead and upper deck from the kit aswel?

Greetings Blueman
