one question though. I have checked your web site and you have the blocks listed. you have the widths of the blocks do you have the total width of the car with certain blocks... (For ex. say if you put 1D on the back you are at 189mm and so on... etc..)

By the way any news on the 416 yet...
No 416 stuff yet, that I've heard of, bar there is something in the works...

Regarding the track widths, it's something I haven't done. I have previosly measured the width of the blocks, and have the figures somewhere, so should be able to figure that out... will take me a while though, have a lot on over the next few weeks.

Ed

in a nut shell each block is 1/2 a degree
so a - b would be a 1/2 degree of toe.
a - c would be 1 degree of toe

I think the plastic ones are 1 degree per side.

Actually, you don't need to download Excel to read those files, Microsoft's site has a smaller application that can view those files, though you can't change them, but viewing & printing them out works fine). Just check out their site to find it.....On another note, I have a small problem of my own, for running on asphalt, I picked up the aluminum front ball diff kit(I also have the spool, but Ireally don't like using them, & the one-way doesn't feel right to me on parking lots, I tried & it didn't work too well), but when I tried installing the diff, I couldn't get the stub axles to fit without bumping against the plastic "T" nut(couldn't even snap on the camber link on that side). Now I have the 46mm axles, & am running the 1B & 1A blocks up front, & I also tried the 42mm axles, but they wouldn't even reach the outdrive cups at all, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to deal with it?

Are you sure you put the screw and thrust bearing on the proper side of the diff?

Pretty sure(I thought there'd only be one way to do it), but I could be wrong....

on the TA05 plastic , both sides are equal to 1A, thus you don't have in-board toe.... everything is on the hub carriers (2 degrees on the back) and in the turnbuckles...

cheers,
al

Hi guys,

Just to let you know, yesterday I have partecipated to the second round of the BRCA mod nationals (ran in 5-cell mod). Qualified 15th and won the second leg of the final (after a mechanical failure of my 3.5T in the first leg) to finish 2nd in the B overall.

All the week end the car was fantastic, I will make an editable PDF of the MSXX setup sheet and post my setup.

EDIT : I have now attached a Jpeg version of the setup, anyone wanting a PDF PM me.
