Well there is a chance that they will bend. Not exactly break. Looks real nice though.
Tek , I aint no Marc R.. and I havent bent any. They do look great and are also very strong (they have to be for me)
Only down side is that they are only available in 4degs. Speedtech is also great place to buy but I always get stung for living in the sunny UK for import.

I have got an MRE and am goin to put a one-way in for running foams on ashphelt, Will the kit setup be a good starting point? will I need to change pivot blocks etc. A staring ratio for 12t would be good to. Cheers

The diffballs are 3mm and you need 9 per diff for the MRE
If you PM me your email I can send you the msx/mre manual and you will have all the original part numbers...
thanks stein i will send you pm

Hi Guy's
Again, I am a knob and need to know a couple of anwser's on the MRE/MSX issue I have please.
Okay here I go.
Say you guy's that have a MRE and want to run the MRE one way. What do you do with the direct centre shaft and fixed TA05 pullleys. Do you change the centre unit over and if so to what?
Do the TA05 pulleys last longer or shorter and are they more efficient.
Also is the MRE top graphite chassis the same as the MSX or different.
Any help would be great.
Thank's again for all your support with my enquires.

Do you run MRE pulleys (with half the teeth) or TA05 pulleys (with all 36 teeth)?
No idea if the TA05 pulleys last longer...
I think the MRE pulleys were designed for better efficiency...
The MRE top deck is different due to the different steering...

IMO, To run Front and Center one-ways on MRE, you will need to get the Front MR One-way housing unit and for the center one-way you will either need (i) use the entire MSX-center shaft one-way system or (ii) get the TA05's center shaft, pulleys, spur holder n TA05 center one-way then add shims & modify from there to fit, OR best -(iii) wait for the MSXX system.
(hmmm, I remembered I posted this question some pages back, BTW, I think the Guys have advised to use the MSX system)
Top decks of the MRE and MSX are different at the steering crank position.
The plastic TA05 center pulleys have been on my TA05 for 9-10 months without much signs of wear.
Cheers

First port of call for me when looking for bits would be THE eBay...
This guy seems to have a few bits including a brand new chassis, enter this number in the search box... 320074142386
Good luck with the search, shouldn't be hard to find one, escpecailly if you don't mind importing, pm if you need a list of the shops i use.
