Default Lipo charger advice

I need a LiPo charger for my Trakpower 3200 LiPo batteries. Preferably one I can use with a 230V input.
I heard chargers with an internal balancer aren't as good as normal chargers with an external balancer, is this correct?

You got that backwards. Chargers with an external balance causes the charge to take longer as the charger sees the external balance as resistance and just sits at the end of the charge phase for what seems like forever.

To look for recommended chargers use the search feature and you'll find a bunch of threads with this topic.

I've been using the Thunder Power 610 and I've been VERY happy with it. It is an internal balancer charger. Charges quickly, packs always in balance. No issues. The only thing is it's DC input. If I needed an AC-DC charger, I'd probably look at the Hyperion balancing chargers.
