John, I am using it indoors at the moment, with 3.5mm ride height. The tyres have been used straight out the packet for about 5 meetings.

Seems to get in the A most club meetings, although it does grip roll occasionally, so I am considering going over to rubber for less hassle

Wow these cars look awesome.

But iwas wondering to get the black wire look would i have to change the wires or is there an easier way especially since i couldn't solder anything together if my life depended on it

Here are pics of my TC5 that I just finished.

The servo and transponder wires have been modified. The esc wire has not been modified. The sensor cable is 70mm in length.

Wow, that battery on your TC5 hangs out far. What Lipo tray is that? Can it be flipped to bring the battery onto the chassis fully?

Hey, to be honest with you, I don't remember the manufacturer of the tray. Perhaps somebody else could chime in. As far as the placement of the battery, it can be brought a little closer to center.

Anyone who wants to run a shorter or more flexable
sensor cable should check out TQRACING they have some
of the best wire and cables around.

They have like 5 different size cables.

Just a word of caution. My MTR PT didn't like being stood upright. It was very picky about it's location.
