Ok this may seem to be a stupid question, but I'm having trouble with trying to install the outer wheels onto the inner wheels. I am pushing quite hard and I am afraid of possibly breaking something. After getting half way on, it wouldn't go any further and I tried to remove the outer wheel. Boy that was tough also. Am I missing something?
#366
did you line them up with the slots?
#367
Yes, I've tried the outers on different inner wheel and still have the tightness. Tell me how your wheel fit, do they easily slip on or do you need to push a little to get it all the way on? Once on, how do you remove them without prying it off?
#368
neil when the wheels are new they are tight just line them up and push them in with a little force and they are hard to take out.

Neil, I thought I'd never get my wheels off my M18 but I just ended up just pulling like heck (straight out w/my fingers) and they just popped off. I figured I'd either break something or it'd work... and it worked.
I've never had any trouble putting them on though.

Okay I'll press them on. I'm worried about removing them for other sets of tires. Maybe a light coat of oil before I press on the wheels.

yeah thats what i do i pull on them straight out but carefully till eventually they get devirginized

Another way to remove them from the inner wheel is to press/squueze the inner part of the rim closer to the chassis. You will feel that it will slowly separate from the inner wheel. Just be patient, it will take some practice and alot of patoence on your part, but once you get it to come loose, it will be a piece of cake.
Good Luck

Thanks, I actually found them made by Trinity. They are called R minus connectors.
