The shocks #6 are as std. in the car. The new #3 will be option parts. You can now disasamble the shock and change the part where the oil is inside. The #3 shock oil is 50% softer then the std. #6.
This is a great option for the future.

New parts clarifications
Some general notes for Freddy, Jimmy or Oleg that may need to be clarified:
1. So the C01L chassis is the narrower of the two options and accepts only longitudinal configuration
2. The C01EX is a bit wider and accepts both configurations. Is the C01EX chassis same width with the standard chassis that came in the original kit?
3. Are both chassis same thikcness (3.0 mm) and do both have the same cut outs for additonal flex
4. The AM24 Central Servo Holder ('floating') is compatible with both type of chassis C01EX and C01L?
5. Carbon rear steering Arm has no been replaced with aluminum AM23 I understand. Is this same geometry as old carbon piece or different?
6. AM26 gives the option for the upper arm to attach further away from the steering block. How would this affect the car?
7. AM06S is a shorter steering block. How would this affect the car?
8. Is the damping of DR6 same to the rate of the older std dampers or different?
Thanks
John

Hi John,
1 to 5 right :-)
For question 6: This will alow you to shorten the link from the outside and on the same way to achieve a higher link height. This will let the rear end of the car more work, you will gain faster change of load and faser reaction.
To 7: The shorter blocks will give the car more traction.
To 8: The #6 shocks are nearly the same like the old std. shocks. Just a little bit softer because of a bigger diameter. But you can't really feel the different.
Regards,
Freddy

Hi Patrick,
yes, I'll be there for sure! I will be also at the other ETS races.
Do manage to come?
Are you still in Germany? I'll be not at the track again before ETS. I was there the last 2 weeks and will go to an other track next time.
See you

What I'd like to know is if the new AM14-1 steering arm has the same geometry as the original AM14.
I would be keen on a steering arm in between the standard AM14 and IAS AM22
