That is an interesting idea. It would sure solve both issues. I would think full support under each end "doubling the top deck on ends" would hamper the chassis flex needed for rubber racing though??

No one has been given pricing at the moment. I expect $650 to $695.

I would not expect that to be the retail price of the kit. Pricing is generally reflected by the strength of the dollar here in the US and it has gone up considerably compared to the Euro so.... i would think the price would be the same.

RRP £330 (UK), Due in my model shop Tuesday apparently.

About £35 more than the outgoing model.

Today that's about $490, but I have no idea what rate it would be imported at.

A blank check and make sure that you sign it before you mail it to them. Seriously, if its under $450 I would be surprised.

After XRAY announced they are shipping T2'009 kits to distributors, I contacted RC America for pricing info and when they expect to begin shipping to dealers. The short answer is they are not getting kits soon and don't have a price yet. Here's the long answer on the T2'009 if you're interested.

Finally got one to my hands. Looks better in real than on photos (truly I didn't like orange look), orange with black - really nice combination. Car is really basically same as T2008. Just different chassis, lightened driveshafts and LiPo conversion kit. If you plan buy new car then buy this one. If you've got T2008 you can stay with it.

What the difference in the chassis?? Any side by side pics to compare?
Thanks
