Hello F1 enthusiasts! :)
I have a poll/question. What f1 wing is everyone running and what do you like about it? I have been on a sort of "wing frenzy" the last few days and am curious what everyone's unbiased opinions are :) Aaron |
Run the lightest ones you can get. I have tried a bunch of stuff but I like light best. Serpent has the best look and weight combination but the front wing breaks in a light breeze.
I have actually cut the mount off a broken serpent wing and built a carbon mount for it. Pretty solid at that point |
Give photo holder front wing.

I do love my serpent but I can barely find parts for it in my area so it is up for sale on ebay if anyone is interested.

The Tamiya F60 wing is my "go to" wing set. I like the aesthetics of the Tamiya F2012 front wing, but it is too floppy for my frequent wall encounters. I've been thinking about combining the Xray lexan wing holder with the molder plaatic of the Tamiya F2012.

F60 wing mounted to the XRAY wing mount/bumper :sneaky: Nothing special to mount it, cut off the Tamiya mount and mount it to the XRAY unit with nuts with screws from the bottom, that's it Wheelz has seen it. Best get out da way cuz that wing is permanent and is tough on the barriers. |
Asphalt:
F60 Front wing, TRG rear wing, also avail as the Xray 2016 rear wing Carpet TRG front wing, Xray 2015 Rear wing |

I would love to get the rear pod for the Serpent F110 SF2, but I cannot figure out how to place an order on the Fenix-Racing.com website. Can you please give me some information on how to order?

Last week i had my first F1 race with my shepherd Velox F1.
http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-IM...JPG?imgmax=800 http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-uZ...JPG?imgmax=800 As i only received my kit a week before the event i ran it for the first time during the free practice on a wet track, in the evening and following day we had dry runs and could work on the setup. During the finals the car felt good and easy to drive. |
Anyone on here make decals for wings, I have a 51524 Tamiya set and need some decals made for it
