Someone posted a while back that using 2 hyperboosters is the way to go for Stock and/or 19T. Is that right? Also, I'm running the Hara Twister and using a Novak Super Schotky diode. Supposedly this diode is the equivalent of several regular diodes. So is just 1 ok for mod?

Hara uses the Novak super diode as well... from the pics I've seen he's only got one soldered to his motors.

Well, as of at the Nats, Hara has been and is testing the new Ultra-Diode that will be included with the VFS-1 speedo. It is smaller than the Novak, and MUCH, MUCH, more powerful.

By the way, one Novak super shottky is the power of 5 regular ones.

Also, with the Hyper boosters, I ran two when I ran 19 turn, and at the Nats Robert rebuilt my speedo and didnt have any Hyper Boosters with him, so I ran it without, and didnt feel and performance differance.

Thank for the info on the hyperboosters Mike,
I've been reading that you had good power at the Nats. Do you mind posting your esc settings?

KO Propo Staff,

Any idea whether the ICS Adaptor with the VFS-1 Setting Card (Is it released yet?) will work with the VFS2000?

Thanks.

Well, not to be answering for Robert all the time, but, no it will not, unless they make is backwards compatible. I do know that the current vfs adaptor will not work with the new speedo from what I have been told the speedo's specs are like. I guess I can say, it is being advertised in J-land anyways, or is soon to be. But the new speedo is going to be the size of the current 302 reciever, have 64 steps across the throttle curve, and the fequency is 900Hz to 12000Hz, instead of 500Hz to 6000Hz. So basically enables much more run time in mod and 12th scale.

Sure, I just need to actually get the setting off of my speedo...I will do that right now, then post it.

It is supposed to be advertised in Japan right now, or very soon
then usually a month afterwards it is released in Japan (probably a month from now) it will come here, so Maybe a month to two months.

Any one running Trinity big brush mod motors? If so have you had problems buring the brushes? I used a 2300htz accross the board and it helped but did not solve the problem.
