I recommend the new TRF VG Grease. Same stuff as MuchMore, but go with whatever is cheaper : http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=42128

I try to minimize the amount of grease anywhere on the car. It collects too much dust and crap. The AW grease is super sticky and seems to have some metal or graphite in it.

Just a bit and then smear around and wipe off the excess, the residue will provide the lube and it will stay where it is applied.

I also keep some graphite and some McLube Sailkote in my kit which is a teflon base spray that dries non sticky. Usually spray on spur/pinions and belts and any other rub parts.

After running check for wear on dog bones, cvds, u joints and you can see where you need a bit of lube. And you can see where you put too much!!

I got my car completed this weekend. I still have to set the toe-in, camber, and test and tune my car for other adjustments but the overall build is complete. I'm sure everyone has already seen a ton of Evo 5 pics but I thought I'd share some shots that I took. I look forward to having some good discussions about tuning and setup of the Evo 5. I'm excited to see the responses from members all over the globe.

A good place to start is .5mm for the rears and .5mm for the rear front.

The only online store that I am aware of that has the TB Evo 5 MS available for sale is TamiyaUSA.com. I would recommend going through your local hobby shop as they may be able to offer you a reasonable selling price.

There were several left at www.ultimatehobbies.com. Giant hobby shop out of Orange, CA although their website is a little hard to navigate at times.

You weren't kidding about the site layout. Thankfully the search function worked.

Couldn't find the part I needed for my car though.

Have your local hobby store order one direct from Tamiya USA. If he says he can't, tell him to setup an account with us and he can. If he still won't, you should never go back to that store because he doesn't want your business.
