For me brakes are either full off or full on but throttle I can roll a bit.
in stock 1/12 I run no push brake on the car. and in 13.5 dumas ran push brake in one of the corners. the track this weekend for our Fall Classic was fast. I posted the layout and the corner that dumas was running push brake was the one on the bottom right of the pic. the track is 120 long and 5 rolls of carpet wide and we used the whole thing for this layout.

the car was on rails. I was able to TQ, but a race incident put me in second with one spring on my speedmerchant almost the entire race. my fast lap was a 12.44 and I finished with a 12.9-13.1.

here are my setting if you guys care to try them out.

reverse 0
brake 100%
neutral width 0
thottle profile 5
push 85
timing boost 5
turbo max
no 1s cut off
delay 1.2

I was rolled out at a 97mm and the rear tires were 43mm and fronts 40.5mm. the car carries soo much speed that I was keeping up with the 13.5 1/12 in practice and they would only leave me 2-3' down the long back straight.

just thought of something. maybe I am running such a high push value because I am geared to the moon. most are rolling out around a 90

Small question about radio calibration setup;
If we want to add some +Throttle expo to on our TX should we need to Recalibrate Speedo with new setting or not?
Cheers

how well is the rs pro working out in 1s mod applications? how does it compare to the sxx and others? most of the talk these days is about stock/super stock setups.

It works great in 1s mod. It runs cool, no heat sink or fan. Most of the team is running between 3.5 and 5.5's.

Any word on updates to combat the hype of the Black Diamond ESC? It seems the sheeple are touting that ESC as a must have for 13.5 12th but I'm not convinced especially if there were a software update coming soon.

Yes of course we're working on updates. We're confident that we'll chase them down...we just need some time.

Hmmm, I thought it needs a little more mid range. It's got plenty of pull out of the corners and when it gets to the top end it's fast it just seems to lack something in the middle. Then again it could just be me.
