Yes the layout will be all new. The only thing that will be similar is the straight and gooch corner.

I did not see anything about a 1450g minimum weight if 5-cell is chosen. Anyone know if this option is in effect for this race?

There are still 41 spaces remaining under the big tent. However, as mentioned previously in the thread and at http://www.rchobbiesraceway.com/08%20Nats%20Page.htm

after June 6th all remaining spaces will be available to anyone on a first come first serve basis. This means if you are comming in from out of out and dont want to have to haul tables, chairs, cords, canopies, ect., you need to get registered and reserve your pit spaces right away.

Here's what I want to know... Is the On-Road Committee in favour of having a competition between a few smoking hot chicks to see who has what it takes be the Trophy Girl of the Nats? This would take place during the Friday night Event Party. Hell, this would be the party!

This could be enough to get me back interested in this race!!

Even if ROAR dosen't go for this..who says you can't have it off the "race" property...LOL

I assure you that On-Road Committee query was more of a hypothetical.

Please don't plan it. I don't see the possibility at this late point.

Ok guys with only a week left in open registration it's time to get your entries in. We've already extended registration and waived the late fee so come on and get them in. We have a lot of non-confirmed racers saying they're coming and a few who say they're coming and not even registered.

Q has made a tremendous effort to make this a memorable race and I have no doubt that it will be for those that are coming and for those that are on the fence this will be a great race, on a great track with a great host.

Hope to see you guys in a few weeks on the pavement in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
