Cheers Sosidge,
I take it they are only supplied by HB.
So where have you been. I have not seen you at the club in the last 4 weeks? Are you racing somewhere else now?
Hope to see you again at the track.

The only uk ones are by HB, may be a different story if you're willing to import from the Far East.
I've not been racing at longbenton for a few months now - work commitments have changed, so thursday nights are no longer free.
I now race at the Oxclose club on Tuesday nights - look here and you'll see I do rather well...
Actually, it's laid back (which isn't always the case up at longbenton) - give it a go one week if you can, we're trying to get more people along.
By the way, went to the HPI finals this weekend - got my backside thoroughly whipped, and managed to rip up my tyres on two seperate runs, saturate my futaba PCM receiver after a crash on a damp track pushed up my body, get major interferference with a replacement non-Futaba receiver, and break my FET servo wire.
Finished four races out of a possible total of eight, and one of those races (third final leg) I was limping for the last minute or so on a busted tyre - how I held onto fourth I don't know...
(the actual result was qualified 16th out of a field of 26, and finished 4th in the B from 6th on the grid - but I was about a 1.5secs a lap down on TQ (his car did look VERY good though))

the only problem I see about the invector chassis is that the closer you move the electronics side pod closer to the front. the more difficult it is to remove the batteries. You may end up getting the PRP upperdeck or removing and reinstalling your existing HB upperdeck.

Yes it is definitely so, the batteries are harder to get out of the car. But seeing as we recommend putting the top deck as close to the front (and rear) bulk as possible you need to remove the top deck anyway to get the batteries out.
The cornering speed with the electronics in the front is awesome though

Pro 3 spec V
I don't think the Spec V is available anymore. I think you need to look at the Hara version now or the Invector Spec I version.
